IISc MSME Centre of Excellence is joint initiative of the office of the DC MSME and IISc for implementing DESIGN CLINIC SCHEME of NMCP. With a common objective of creating new product verticals for MSME Sector and also to assist them in their product design and development, a MSME Centre of Excellence has been set-up at Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore.

This centre seeks to access the world class knowledge base available at Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore, for the benefit of MSMEs, since it is the repository of knowledge in engineering sciences in the country.
